Unexpectedly, both clan and adhocracy cultures were significantly correlated to supply chain integration and firm performance. Results also indicated that supply chain integration increased when organizational flexibility was present. All three integration variables, customer, supplier, and internal were significantly and positively correlated with total integration and firm performance. Results indicated a significant correlation between supply chain integration and firm performance. The study process included obtaining data from 201 supply chain professionals and procurement specialists working in various companies throughout the United States. The purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to identify relationships between organizational culture types, supply chain integration, and firm performance. Stakeholders achieved their profit share based on their marginal contribution, risk potential, and value-added contribution, which may increase supply chain stability. The model validation showed that sugarcane farmers, mills, and distributors achieved 35.38%, 30.11%, and 34.51% of profit share, respectively. This model succeeded in a case study of finding a fair profit allocation in the sugarcane agro-industry supply chain taking into account uncertain risk and value added. In addition, uncertain risk and value added were considered for a reasonable profit allocation. Fuzzy Shapley value was developed to accommodate uncertain stakeholders’ payoff. Cooperative game theory with the Shapley value has an opportunity to solve this problem given its appropriateness for the key goals of the supply chain. In agro-industry supply chain, establishing a fair and reasonable profit allocation has been more challenging due to the influence of uncertain factors. Profit allocation is the main critical problem in the supply chain. The study also revealed that organizational cultures, resources availability, lack of vision and comprehension from top management, and absence of trust and collaboration within SCM participants are the main obstacles associated with the deployment of models and SCM best practices within repairing services operations. Other crucial processes of SCM for PSSCs customer relationship, services demand, services capacity, resources management, product and information flow management, and service product development, were all identified with a medium level of integration among local operations, which prevent local MRS organisation from generating additional values in terms of services and products quality improvement, product lifecycle management, and development of innovative services solutions to the market. suppliers' relationship management, order fulfilment, and service delivery management, are significantly integrated at interorganizational levels. The study also revealed a partial level of external supply chain integration among local PSSCs participants, wherein only three SCM business processes i.e. ![]() material planning, purchasing, logistics, contracts, finance, and sales, with exception of reverse logistics, an important business function to the effective management of product services supply chain (PSSC). The results revealed that there is a good level of internal integration between main business functional areas within MRS operations, e.g. The primary data was collected from 89 SCM leaders and managers from organizations working in a Middle-Eastern country through the use of an online survey.
